"Christina & Grant sold our family home by auction, having been recommended to us by a friend, and we're very glad we chose to use them. Being their own boutique business, the personal service and attention you get from them personally is incomparable to some agencies that pass you off to the underlings. Christina helped more than expected with arranging repairs before listing, staging furniture and photos, then both of them attended every single open home weekends and week nights, gave us clear updates immediately after each one. They gave us a lot of comfort and settled our nerves before and during the auction process, ultimately getting us a result we were very happy with. We would very gladly use them again."
