From the beginning of the sale, until the end, not only was I well informed, I was updated regularly. Received weekly emails showing spreadsheets which had an abundance of info in regards to potential buyers, and any interest my house was generating. I was also kept informed, via frequent phone calls on who was interested and why, and who wasn’t interested and why. Christina and Ivana were not only friendly, but professional. Their positive and fervent attitude throughout the sale, gave me much confidence we would get a result, and we did. Another things that i really liked was their transparency/honest, which I believe is a rare thing in real estate. They were straight up with me right from the get go, and I strongly believe the ‘no sale, no fee’ agreement that Boka implement, was the catalyst for this. In my opinion, it kept the girls honest, motivated and committed to the sale of my house, which in turn, gave me a stress free experience.
