We put our house on the market at a most unfortunate time when the climate had a decline in house prices. This of course made it a very difficult campaign and a quite lengthy one also. Our price expectations in the beginning of the campaign were a little higher that the market was indicating but Christine managed to get us to realise this. Nevertheless, in spite of this, a successful sale was achieved. The marketing knowledge that Christine brought with her was extensive and she always made sure that she kept us up to date, on what was happening during the campaign to sell our house.
