After initial discussions with Christine regarding broad details about our property, we agreed a possible way ahead for the sale, and separately listened to each other’s professional development stories. Most folks understand how listening is a very powerful attribute in developing a business relationship, and from that day onwards, I felt professional trust developing between us.
Since that first meeting, through until the finalisation of the sale late this week, Kaye and I have genuinely appreciated the spirit and values always exhibited by the entire My Agent team. During the sale process we often worked remotely regarding the detail of the sale with Dianne and Shea-Lee, notably with seamless results. Also, our face-to-face contact with those folks was always warm and receptive. Further, on the few occasions I visited the My Agent office, I was always greeted with a very personable approach by the staff, with Gemma always positively demonstrating why she was chosen for her work at the front desk. And as a company, the sense of the ‘market’ and business ethics, the determination of Chirstine and the My Agent team to make the most of our sale, meant there would be a great result at the Auction of the property. That is an understatement.
