This was a pretty easy sale for Chris, I'm sure she'll agree. I've been looking for a while, this is one of the better, newer properties currently for sale in the Eurobodalla in this price range. Basically sold itself. Having said that, Chris is pleasant to deal with and keeps the dialogue, communication up which I appreciate.
