We both had bad experiences with Real Estate agents in the past so we really took the time to find the person who would see our house as it was and not just another statistic to compare in flimsy plastic binders. Christine, Megan and the team were on the money (pardon the pun) from the start. They could see the value of our finishes and marketed our property accordingly. We sold our house for 90K more than what other agencies suggested!!!
