I brought an investment property in 2005 from Gow Real Estate who were selling the town house at the time for the owner. They seemed professional so I asked them to manage the property, interestingly they were respected enough that they we're the strata manager for all the town houses as well so others must have had the same view in the complex. Over the ensuing 16 years they served me very well with both Dee and Christine stepping in if I had a problem solving issues quickly. in 2021 I sold my Town House, and yes, Gow were given the task as they have been very professional at all times and were the only ones to value my property correctly in a complex environment at the time - needless to say I'm delighted with the outcome.
