Purchase of investment property

We purchased a property for which Christine was the selling agent. We were very impressed with her professional knowledge and especially knowledge of the local area and similar properties. The service leading up to settlement was faultless with pest and building inspections and final inspections all being arranged and conducted in a timely fashion. Christine kept us well informed throughout the process. She was a terrific help in referring us to and liasing with the property management team and sutiable tenants were found within one week of settlement within the price range she had thought achieveable. We would definitely use Christine's services again.
