Christine McIntosh

It was a pleasure working with Christine - she was simply the best! She was always available when we required an update or needed to clarify an issue and followed up on all our needs. Christine helped deal with a complicated legal issue prior to the final sale of our farm property and went above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue. Christine dealt with the entire sales process and always provided feedback every step of the way, which turned out to be stress free for both myself and our family. I have nothing but praise for Christine as our real estate agent and thank her sincerely for her cheerful and courteous professional support.

We couldn’t have been happier with Christine throughout the sale of our house. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable and always kept us well informed. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer our questions and guide us through each stage of the process. Christine’s knowledge of the market, attention to detail and approach to negotiating gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands. She worked hard to achieve the best possible result for us and made the whole selling process feel straightforward and stress-free. We would have no hesitation in recommending Christine to anyone looking to sell their property.

Christine has been great to deal with during the purchase and since settling. Great communication and really helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We needed to sell an unusual rural property in a remote location. We contacted several local agents and Christine's initial valuation was far higher than the others. We were skeptical that it could achieve that price, but she seemed confident that she could find the right buyer. She then went far above and beyond the level of service I would expect from any agent, in any location. She worked hard to prepare the property for sale, she was diligent following up interested buyers, she travelled long distances to show the property and ultimately sold it for the estimated price. We could not have asked for more from Christine, and we'll be using her services again in the future.

I had a great experience purchasing this home thanks to the outstanding service I received from Christine. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Christine made everything feel straightforward and kept me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping really stood out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for making my home-buying journey such a positive experience!

This is the second property Christine has sold on our behalf. Based on our first experience there was no chance we'd trust anyone else with selling our second property. The whole process was stress-free largely because of Christine's patience and friendly personality not to mention her ability to explain in simple terms the legal ins and outs of what would be required. Highly recommended.
