We had a slightly difficult property to sell and they handles the issues with care. We sold a home that was tenanted, and part of a subdivision that was occurring during the selling period. It was difficult on the tenants but Toni managed this relationship carefully and we had no issues at all. Toni also kept in touch with us regularly via phone, message and email.
