Christine made the process of selling as easy as possible. Although during the sale our plans changed direction, Chris took that on board and worked with us. She would advise us on possible stratergies but accepted when,at times,we chose not to go with the advice. Team Morris is proffesional and supportive right to the end but for us the most important thing was an honest campaign both for us as vendors and for the buyers.

Chris and her team worked very well for us throughout the sale process. She gave us excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale and helped us set a realistic price to ask. This resulted in strong interest in the home at the first open inspection, with several return visits by prospective purchasers in the following week and subsequent offers. She recommended a second open inspection anyway at which there was further strong interest. Because of the level of interest Chris was able to negotiate for us a higher price than we were asking, although the price obtained was our original estimate of the house's value. We would strongly recommend her as an honest, hard-working real estate agent, with strong local knowledge.
