When confronted with the task of placing the sale of my parents home in the hands of an estate agent, the decision to utilise the services of Christine Nichols was apparent from the outset. Previous agents we approached for an appraisal; whilst being professional in manner and providing information regarding sale ability of the premises, did not create the impression that we were their sole client; nor did they take notes/ specific details regarding the property (eg: size, garden, bedrooms, kitchen layout, outstanding features etc. etc.. In Christine's case, not only were notes/details taken, but the manner in which the whole sale process would be performed was clearly explained, together with an appropriate marketing regime for the property. Both my wife and I were impressed by the manner in which these issues were dealt with by Christine and when taken with her very pleasant and friendly manner, made our decision to run with PRD via Christine very easy. Following that decision and throughout the entire sale process, both e-mails and phone messages were relayed to us by Christine, providing not only updates on advertising, but open house details, arranging legal contacts, and potential interested purchasers.
