Along the same lines Christine and Barry seemed to have had such fun as they effortlessly handled the situation in a way that it was totally stress free and to MY total advantage and peace of mind; For my benefit, I might add, and not for the benefit of the buyer. Unlike the previous agent, It was refreshing to feel that in all and every aspect, my input into the selling process counted for something. Christine and Barry had my back all along and respected my views on the matter of selling my most important and valuable asset. Christine and Barry were very timely and professional. From the time I made initial contact and the time my house was sold, it took only 3 weeks; the house was sold in 2 weeks, with a satisfactory outcome. When Christine and Barry first met with me, they gave very clear, transparent and comprehensive information. They were happy to answer any questions that I was throwing at them. Christine helped a lot in getting the house ready for inspection, coaching me on a few aspects. It was a good team effort and prospective buyers were impressed with the presentation. Christine and Barry were very friendly and went beyond and above - they were a pleasure to work with. With the 'negotiation' side of things, I could not really pronounce myself much as there were no other offers at the time that I accepted the offer from the now keen purchaser of my property. Christine and Barry work as a great partnership and were always accessible to my pedantic questions throughout the lead up and during the sale process. They communicated with me via email, phone and sms. If I wasn't available to take Christine's call, she would sms me the details of her call with sufficient information that I didn't need to call her back. Christine provided updates prior to inspections, post inspections and shared with me what the buyers were saying. Christine sold our home in just over 2 weeks with plenty of interest throughout this time. I would recommend Christine if you are wanting to deal with a real estate agent which, in our opinion, was not the typical estate agent, more so, someone who seemed to want to build a partnership with us and tell us the truth about the local market and buyers feedback, and not what we wanted to hear.
