We value our association with Christine and her work approach, even with little things like the fact that she dropped the keys off to our house following Settlement. Christine is a hardworking advocate for the Vendor, but plays by a set of very ethical rules for the buyer as well; a laudable approach that we have not seen before in 6 house purchases. I worked with Christine in a small aid agency a few years back and even then she excelled with her inquiring mind and social justice platforms. She was very thorough in working out what needed to be done to get it into selling shape and was able to recommend quality tradespeople to carry out the work. Unfortunately it took longer to sell than I had hoped, but Christine kept working hard on selling it until an agreement was reached with the purchaser. Even after then, she personally took action to ensure that exchange was not delayed and that settlement was finalised as soon as possible.
