Christine was amazing, like finding a fairy godmother, and was just what we needed to sell my deceased mother in law's flat. She advised and helped us at every step. She advised us what needed to be done to optimise the sale price. She organised the repairs - tradespeople, access, everything. When we needed a lawyer/conveyancer, she had a list of lawyers that past clients had used, and when we decided to use a stylist she had a name for us too, and then coordinated their requirements. Christine has terrific people skills. She seemed to get to know and understand the buyers very quickly, in this case all young people, and was genuinely excited to help them find them their first home. Christine charges a slightly higher commission than other real estate agents but oh my goodness me, it was so worth it. We saved time and stress, and in the end the price we got was much higher than the similar flat next door. So her slightly higher commission became completely inconsequential. Christine participates, and supports, Vinnies CEO Sleep Out, which is why I was alerted to her difference in the first place, and decided to go with her.
