Christine was very welcoming during the open inspection. She was professional and pleasant in her manner and was very informative with regard to the house and any questions we had. Post inspection she maintained communication with us which was prompt and efficient. Once our offered was accepted and confirmed she congratulated us and kept us updated. Upon picking up our keys, we greeted by her with personalised decorations and gift pack. Even a month after settling in she continues to touch base with us to see how we are going.
