After 25 past years of experiences’ dealing with real estate agents, I was surprised to meet a well presented young man who doesn’t give up. Christo is on your side, communicates well, stays fresh with energy even after months of opening and closing doors. My experiences with realestate agents is similar to most. As a buyer you want to know the truth of where you stand. As a seller, you get the appraisals and hope you put your life into the right hands. Many times, you get sold a promise of a good sale only to be horribly dissapointed. Agent remorse happens where you wish you never assigned your most important asset to that person. Not with Christo. If you are reading my review in the search for deciding the agent to buy or sell your home, lock in Christo. Do not hesitate. Give him your keys and he will get it done. Don’t take a risk and waste time and money or worse. I’ll write some words of my own personal experience with Christo as my agent. During the sale of my property, I got to know Christo as a person as well as a professional agent. He always turned up looking like he was going to a wedding. It was mid hot summer and I thought he’d chill out but every weekend he came on time and looking like he was about to walk down the aisle glowing with a friendly smile. The property was unique, and Christo got to know all the details really well and that helped a lot when describing it to potential sellers. Christo would always call or send me messages with updates and all questions were answered quickly. It helped reassure that things were going alright. The results were good. Christo did more than best. He delivered a good sale. Of all past agents, Christo comes up best. I would definitely deal with Christo again.
