In these uncertain times in the property market, Christophe and Rick gave me the confidence to list my property and delivered a result that exceeded expectations. With advertising campaigns and property styling representing a significant outlay and no guarantee of a sale, Raine & Horne Double Bay addressed this issue by providing an insurance policy against those costs and worked their database hard to ensure the best chance of a sale. If I had to do it all again, I'd have no hesitation in choosing Christophe - his diligence, communication, market knowledge and negotiation skills are second to none - as evidenced by the 6% uplift achieved in the past 18 months - in a market that is said to be down 10%. Awesome job Christophe!

Christophe was an absolute pleasure to deal with; he and his team achieved a brilliant result for us and went well beyond the call of duty in so many ways. The team were constantly offering to help in areas not just relating to the sale, all of which helped make our experience of selling an absolute pleasure. The level of follow through, integrity and negotiation skills demonstrated by Christophe and his team was equally outstanding - such a pleasant surprise. I would not hesitate to recommend the team of Christophe and Ric Serrao for your next property sale; they'll not only achieve a great sales result for you with their impressive network and great experience; but will make the process as smooth and stress-free as is humanly possible.

Christophe was great to work with in a challenging market. His effort and persistence paid off in getting our apartment sold!

What a wonderful experience. Christophe really made the effort and wasn't like any other agent I had encountered. Honest, respectful, professional and understood my needs and catered to them. I will definitely work with him in the future to purchase and sell - highly recommend him!

We have previously worked with the Serrao family but not with Chris. After our first meeting, we found him very knowledgeable and a good communicator. he had great insights and ideas at the same time as he was very receptive to our need and wants. Hence, we decided to go with him. Throughout the process, we found him very easy to work with. In his dealings, we was straight forward and honest and always keeping us in the loop. The end result was great as we manage to get a great price for our property. We recommend Chris (and the rest of the family) for anyone buying or selling property and we will be happy to use him again

Christophe was a pleasure to deal with and always went out of his way to assist in any way. Very polite, encouraging, and honest.

Christophe always replied to calls promptly, offered to go beyond what was required in terms of facilitating access to the property, answering questions, sharing his knowledge. Thanks for your easy-to-approach and relaxed but professional style- Thanks for your help in securing this home!
