Chris is a good guy to work with, quick to respond to queries, readily available to review options and clear in his explanations of market appraisal and options available. In what proved to be a difficult campaign where market response and interest was lower than expected, Chris's honest appraisal and positive attitude was appreciated. What we appreciated most from Chris was the feeling that the sale was more than just a transation, and his personnel and honest working style was appreciated. The area of the campaign where we felt the service was let down was in the settling of price guides and delivering on what was discussed as fair market price before the campaign. The strategy taken of setting a lower guide to attract a wider level of interest appeared to back fire, with interest only coming in at the lower end. Also, we were unconvinced that the right target market had been identified, and the end purchaser seems to have proved that point. Overall I would recommend Chris, though my feeling is that as an agent he will need adapt to meet what's required in the market as it cools.
