We have known CD for over 20 years, starting at the time we purchased 15/24 Springfield Ave, Toorak, in 1995. There was never any doubt that when the time came, he would be handling the sale of our property for us. Christopher is an experienced, knowledgeable, personable and passionate professional in his field, although his interests go well beyond that. Thanks to Christopher’s suggestions, ideas, guidance and the way he efficiently structured and managed our campaign, we were able to rest easy, knowing that we are being looked after every step of the way. Christopher is an easy communicator, responded immediately to our questions and organised a team of tradesmen to work on some aspects of our property that required attention. This was a hassle free experience. On the day of the auction, he calmly explained what was going to happen and, basically, told us not to worry. And he was right. The selling nerves were smoothed away by Chris as he kept in constant touch, i always new how things were proceeding. When times I was full of nerves they were eased and when reports were encouraging I was refrained from getting too excited. The results are now on the board.

There were some last minute hurdles to over come in the sale of this apartment - however Chris rose to the occasion each and every time and we were please with the final result and even happy with a 2 week settlement. A big thank you to Chris for organising a crew to come in to give the place a freshen up - as someone that is busy in business, it was a relief to have Chris's support to get things done quickly and professionally, otherwise you might still be waiting for me to get it ready for market.
