an honest review not some lies from a boss trying to get his profile up. I have dealt with chris since we brought our first property many years ago. he has always been there when we called him indiscussion with that we wanted to do when we developed the property. also in this property he came over helped me decide what to do and what not to do with the renovation even though he had nothing down on paper with the contract yet. when I couldn't get there he installed a door handle for me so it could be ready for the other trades to come and finish what they had to do. when we came to negation time he was flexible and honest even though they definetly weren't the cheapest you will go too. I can guarantee you that they will get what you want and even way more than we expected as they did for us. he even sorted out someone to rent the unit whilst we were in settlement. I have used this bloke for years and will do so again with my other properties. well as long as his price is right
