Christopher Mariani

Christopher Mariani is an Excellent agent. He informed me of the market and recent sales in the area and helped me to establish a realistic range for the Apartment we were listing. He met with me on a number of occasions to explain the marketing process and the rationale for the Commission that the Agency applies to my property. Very quickly he had an early offer and when I thought something a little higher would be preferable he soon had an offer at the top of the specified range. Christoper was efficient and effective - I commend him to other vendors.

I found Christopher to be very organised to get the job done should l resale this property l have no hesatation to hire him regard Don Goulopoulos
