Chris was very direct and up front from our first meeting, we suggested our price and Chris said I can make that happen, and he did! We loved his relentlessness to achieve the best result for us.

We had seen this property at 54 Winners Circle and were absolutely delighted as it met with all our criteria, which was storage for the hubbies toys and car, storage for my car, a room for HIS books and computer, a room for the kids coming down from Interstate, beautiful bedroom for us, finally, a craft room for ME, gorgeous kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, a POOL for ME, lovely entertaining area, perfect dining room and lounge, single story with no stairs for myself and our blind sheltie, what more could you ask for. Whilst this was the first time Christopher has worked on one of our clients sales, it was a great pleasure to deal with him.
