Chris displays great knowledge of the area, the market, and selling houses as a whole.
Obviously the market has a lot to do with the price of a house, but Chris' knowledge of it really maximises what you can get for your property. Through his advice on what to improve on prior to the sale alone, made an absolute difference to the price.
If Chris suggests you spend a bit of money on something to improve the value, in my case I definitely saw an insane return on it.
Chris was good via communication, the only time I had to wait was on the really busy days, but he made up for it. He's very personable, respectful and good to talk to. In a market where he's obviously very successful, he still makes you feel valued and doesn't push you into anything. There were many times where he would call me on his way home from work (I assuming) and as he was getting into his house. He shows dedication to his profession.
Chris has a lot of values that I hope don't disappear, and really treats buyers just as well as he treated me. I know of agents that tell you if something isn't required than definitely ignore it. Chris was the opposite, definitely supporting a good seller-agent-buyer mutual respect and ensuring I had the property in good condition even after the final inspection.
This was my first sale, and honestly, I cannot recommend Chris enough. I'm thankful I chose him when I made my inquiry.
