Chris was very professional to deal with. All credit to him he represented his seller well, even in the unique circumstance whereby purchase was as is state. From our perspective as the buyer we felt guilted in to agreeing to an extension on settlement to our personal disadvantage. We acknowledge that we made the decision to extend without imposing penalties, but do feel a bit miffed that our circumstance was not considered at all. We thought we were very fair with the entire, very unique process. However we do respect that Chris worked for his client exceptionally well.
