As first time home buyers we thought the whole process would be overwhelming. When we mentioned this to Jemma, part of Chris team, she reassured us by taking her time to talk us through the process which was very helpful - this was just at viewing stage! The team were very responsive to all our question (well above expectations). We didn't buy the house because of the team selling it, but we were very grateful to be dealing with them. At the final inspection you could see that they had built a great relationship with the (previous) owners and seeing that interaction assures me if we ever need to sell, they'd be the go to team.
