Having randomly driven through where I bought I thought wow I should check this place out. So jumped on realestate page and up popped Chris’s houses for sale I flicked a message on a couple that I’d liked and literally within 24 hours I met up with Chris and started my hunt for a home. By the second home I’d already found the one I wanted. So put a offer to Chris we sat down for a hour discussing and doing some paperwork After that it was all down to him. I went away to work and Chris contacted me very rarely only if it was essential But with his work and his team and the people my end things got dealt with very quickly and I’m already in my home within 8 weeks I think and very satisfied.
