Byford Sale Train

We jumped on the "Byford Sales Train" back in November with Chris from The Professionals Team Byford as our Selling Agent. He was knowledgeable about the Byford area and knew the market well. With the 1st Home Open came in an Offer of Asking Price, we were like "Hell Yeah". So we did what any prospective Seller would do and and jumped on the Offer Train faster than Road Runner being chased by Wile E Coyote . We waited patiently for the Buyer's finance to come through only to have the "Train Derail" on Day 28 of Finance Approval :-( (Buyer's Finance fell through) But with a bit of a Pep Talk and Better Word Wizardry than Harry Potter we were straight back on the "Selling Train". We cruised straight into MULTIPLE OFFERS above asking price that very next Home Open "Wooo hoo, You Little RIPPER!!!! Chris and The Team were there every step of the way through all the Up's and Down's of our selling journey; and we finally got over the Sale's Line this week with a much deserved alcoholic drink.
