Chris has sold 2 properties for us. The first was for my Grandparents and it was imperitive to us that this was handled with care and compassionate (being their home for over 55 years). Chris had 3 offers for my Grandparents on the first weekend of open houses. It was a very smooth sale and as stress free as it could be to elderly people not use to selling. The second house Chris sold for us was a family rental property. Again it was under contract following on from the first weekend of viewings. It also went through seamlessly and it is a credit to Chris and his professional means by which he works with sellers. I would sell through Chris again.
