I initially tried to sell my home by myself. Why pay an agent right? Whilst marketing the house myself Christy brought an off market buyer through. When he heard the price I was asking he said "why? I can get you more?". I thought about it and then decided to engage Christy. I never once looked back!! Not only did Christy "get me more" he exceeded all expectations!! He was honest, reliable and informative throughout. If I ever sell my current home I will definitely use Christy. When you are selling a home that you have lived in for 22 years it is hard and emotional and Christy recognized those issues and took them into consideration.
