I have the highest regard for Ciara during my purchase of 23 Perkins St . The vendors were anxious and delicate. for some reason my finance over the Easter period took way too long to finalize , Ciara went to work and kept the vendors in the game. Next my conveyancing firm made a mistake which put the finalization of my purchase further behind and the sale in jeopardy. once again Ciara was able to keep the vendors on side for the extra time needed . we came close to loosing the purchase and i'm certain that with out Ciara's dedication we would not have our neat little home.
