Our experience with Ciara was a bit out of the ordinary due to the fact that we were overseas at the time we were to be listing our property with her. It was a highly complicated and stressful situation due to the property we were attempting to sell having been destroyed by the previous tenant. It took over a year from the time we initially signed the listing agreement to the time when it was actually able to be shown to prospective buyers.
