Ciara had been keeping us informed of the property market in Mackay over many years for our investment property. This was invaluable as we live in WA. Towards the end of our last tenants lease she informed us of the market improvement and we were ready to sell. We listed and Ciara respectfully negotiated friendly access with the tenants. She managed to acquire a lot of interest in a very short time - important as Christmas was fast approaching. When a particularly favourable offer was made pending inspection Ciara was prepared with a contract ready to sign on the spot. In summary Ciara had our property sold for an amount we all agreed was a realistic and favourable goal in just 10 days. Ciara then fast-tracked documents to settlement so everything would ready for business opening after Christmas, but the sale was signed and sealed. The entire time Ciara kept us up to date with regular phone calls and email updates and liaised professionally and diplomatically with sometimes difficult parties to ensure everyone was satisfied with the transaction, including arranging early partial access for the buyer at a very hectic time of year and a cyclone on the way. All in all we were EXTREMELY satisfied with Ciara's performance and dedication, and certainly with a result far exceeding our expectations for the market.
