Me and my wife have a very honest discussion with Ciara about our pre-conceived market situation and how much we want for the property. prior it being put into the market. Ciara accepted our opinion but at the same time informed us what the market reality is based on previous sales in our area and surrounding suburbs. Nevertheless Ciara committed to try to achieve the best price for our property. We didn't get the price we want but accepted the offer knowing that its the best we could get.
