I was one of three executors who interviewed agents from three companies before choosing Morrison and Kleeman to sell my mother's house. Ciaran accompanied Marilyn McGibbon to the initial interview. He and Marilyn had brought along a folder showing recent sales of similar properties in the area and Ciaran was informative and confident in his answers to our questions. We met Ciaran again at two following meetings to discuss what we needed to do prior to the start of the Open sessions. From that time on, Marilyn was on Leave and we dealt solely with Ciaran. We were impressed with Ciaran's following qualities - a good listener, quietly confident, trustworthy and conscientious. Ciaran always contacted us well ahead of time if he had a client wishing to view the property outside of Open times. He kept us informed of any relevant information after all viewings, so that by auction time, we were aware of how many interested parties were likely to bid. However, Ciaran pointed out that auction day could also be unpredictable. We were impressed with Ciaran's professionalism throughout the process and appreciated his endeavour to achieve the best price for our property.
