Confident and well informed about the market. Cilla gave advice, anecdotal evidence and recommendations which gave us the confidence to proceed with the sale. Mind you, she was the lady who sold us the residence in the first place so we knew what a great sales lady she was. As it happens she was spot-on with her advice. A good and reliable communicator, we are going to miss her.
