Cina was incredibly professional, friendly and effective in selling our house. He supported us every step of the way with the right advice so by the time we listed it, it sold in under a week. He scheduled extra home opens at short notice to respond to buyer interest. Going the extra mile really paid off for us. Thanks Cina!
Cina has been thoughtful, kind and pleasantly persistent. He is genuine and works hard for his Client. He responds immediately, even after hours, whenever it's suitable for the Client. You can definitely count on him to get you the best possible outcome. His pleasant demeaner is consistent and he has a high level of professionalism. Cina was always positive and encouraging throughout the process. Cina, was the only Agent who listened to the us as Clients and understood that the Client knows the potential and constraints of the property better than anyone. This is why he will continue to do well for his Clients. This is why he was the best Real estate Agent that we could have hoped for. We would most definitely recommend his high level of service and we will definitely call him our Agent for future sales and purchases.
Excellent communication skill, positive listening, good understanding, proposing reasonable solutions in timely manner, and be transparent
Our experience with Cina has been seamless. He kept us well informed throughout the sale. We were very happy with the price we received. He listened to what we were trying to achieve. Cina was always professional in his approach, pro-active throughout the sales process and quick to follow up on any queries. Cina always offered an excellent level service, and was happy to go above and beyond which was really appreciated. We would be happy to highly recommend Cina to venders in this area.

Cian is efficient, professional and a very reliable agent! Would highly recommend if looking to list your house for sale. Ensured that the process went smoothly and delivered the best outcome possible. A pleasure to deal with!
We recently purchased a home through China Ghiassi at Harcourts Realty. Cina was wonderful to work with assisting us every step of the way. The experience was very pleasant, quick and easy, Cina worked hard in accommodating our needs and maintaining exceptional communication throughout our buying process. Cina knew the area very well and assisted us with a lot of information with every question we had, not just for the property. I would highly recommend Harcourts Realty for buying and selling of properties.
Cina is always helpful with any information and his enthusiasm is contagious. He listens and understands what you want and need, and where he can, he delivers. Cina always stayed in touch and provided feedback. It was a pleasure having someone so enthusiastic being your agent.
Cina was very welcoming as soon as we entered the property. He was understanding when answering questions, even with our children trying their best to distract us all. Throughout the offer process and us securing finance, Cina was very fast to sort out issues or find out information and did so respectfully and professionally.
Cina was a star throughout the entire process, as a first time home seller he was extremely approachable and able to answer all my questions thoroughly. His knowledge of the market and sales expertise meant that we were able to get a buyer very fast and for a price higher than initially expected! I would recommend Cina for anyone looking for an approachable and highly skilled salesman.
Cina assured me that he would find the right buyer and for a price I would be happy with. He didn’t disappoint - quickly finding a buyer and selling my unit for a price that far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
We first met Cina on a Sunday afternoon ... he was door knocking in our area introducing himself .. we were very impressed as this showed a 'dedicated' real estate agent. Cina enquired if we were thinking of selling our house, and we were! Subsequently, we arranged to formally meet Cina after work the next day. From the start Cina was courteous and very professional, it was clear to us from our discussion with Cina that he was committed to working with us to sell our home. Cina stayed in contact with us during the process keeping us informed, we valued his ongoing communication. Cina was very clear as to how best present our home and guided us on this. We did all that he suggested and were in awe at how well our home presented. We first opened our home on a Tuesday and had an offer on the following Friday .. which we accepted!! Great job thank you so much Cina.
