My experience with Cina was that he achieved a very quick and efficient sale for me with no complications and no long and drawn out sales process, which I appreciated.
I shopped around for an agent, talking to 5 different agents, and Cina was a standout for me and an the decision to sign up with him was a no brainer. He is professional, polite, he listened to my opinions and ideas for the sales approach, and came up with a strategy that was perfect for my situation. Very happy to recommend him, and I will use him again.
Cina provided excellent customer service and responded to my queries promptly. He kept me informed during the negotiation process which is important part of the buying process. Extra points for being a sharp dresser.
I recently purchased a property through Cina and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Cina was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He guided me through the process with clear communication, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Cina to anyone looking to buy or sell property he truly does go above and beyond!
My wife and I recently purchased our property through CREALTY. Cina was the Real Estate Agent for this sale After two viewing, we put our offer and Cina, promptly communicated if we were competitive. Our offer was accepted and the property was ours. Overall, the sale was a positive experience. Cina is friendly and non pushy sales person.
A real gentleman to do business with, nothing to hard and gets the results you want on a short time
I had the pleasure of working with Cina, and I can confidently say he is one of the most professional and experienced real estate agents I’ve encountered. From our very first meeting, it was clear that he brought a wealth of knowledge to the table, along with a calm, confident approach that made the entire process feel seamless. His attention to detail, deep understanding of the market, and strong negotiation skills gave me complete peace of mind. He was always punctual, well-prepared, and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome — not just closing a deal. Whether you’re buying or selling, I highly recommend Cina to anyone looking for a dedicated expert who truly puts his clients first.
We used Cina and his team for sale of our second property. Cina is very focused and got us a great result. Negotiated with several potential buyers to get a win win.
Cina was fantastic to work with professional, reliable, and always on top of everything. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
We met Cina by chance at a home open towards the end of 2024 when we were starting to look at selling & buying. Instantly we knew we wanted him to represent the sale of our house. The way he engages with potential buyers, his professionalism and communication style, this is the agent you want representing you! He managed to secure an offer on our house, above our expectations after the first home open. We could not recommend him enough, brilliant real estate agent.
I bought a house through Cina at C Realty and he was awesome to deal with. He was transparent the whole way through, which made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. I really appreciated that he didn’t treat me like just another sale. He genuinely cared about doing the right thing for all parties. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
