Any agent, including Cindy, can sell "Cookie Cutter" homes on "standard" building blocks to the masses who seem to think that's a "lifestyle"! Selling unique acreage properties is a different proposition, as Cindy explained at the outset. Potential buyers of such properties are looking for a REAL lifestyle, and they have a bunch of specifics in mind which rule in or out a particular listing. For this reason our sale process was more lengthy than your average suburban box, but encouragingly Cindy kept herself and we, her vendors positive, delivering a steady stream of prospects who had a good match with the wish-list which brought us here 20 years ago. Apparently there are others out there who are not much into horses, but do value peace and quiet on an acreage of significant bush, with kangaroos and other wildlife looking into your bedroom window in the morning instead of nosy/noisy & CLOSE neighbours. They're a strange breed in Real Estate. We know it's not uncommon for them to drive down their vendors' price expectations when things don't sell instantly like the "boxes". Cindy had a string of successes in our area, and after meeting her we decided to sell through her. She is bubbly and above all seems very straightforward, ethical and honest and nothing like a stereotypical real estate agent at all.
