Nerang Property Sale

We had an investment property we were looking to sell at Nerang and had previously discussed the timing of selling with Cindy. We were contacted again by Cindy in November 2021 and she provided information on recent sales in the community, which were an increase of 20%+ in a 6 month period. We were very, very interested. Cindy pulled together a plan and a package and indicated her target sell figure, which was significantly more than we expected. Within less than 2 weeks she had all the marketing complete with the property online for an open inspection. She was incredibly efficient and we had many discussions over the period to ensure we were comfortable and to fine-tune the details. Open day attracted around 80 couples with significant offers emerging. Cindy managed the offers and kept us very well informed as she reviewed and negotiated the best outcome and presented the price. The offer achieved was significantly higher than our wildest dreams and was due to Cindy's marketing and negotiation strategy. The property transaction has been finalised with Cindy's guiding hand through the process and we are two very happy campers! We found Cindy knowledgeable, organised, warm and receptive and communicated very well all through-out the sale process. We would readily recommend to anybody wanting to sell a property.
