We met Cindy many years ago, and intermittently asked her to appraise our home to sell. Cindy always gave us an honest view, and never did we feel the pressure to sell before we were ready. After 44 years we very suddenly decided it was time, and went straight to Cindy. Ok, what did we need to do? Internal painting, few repairs, carpet, cleaning and styling.
