Not a stand out

Cindy was suitably friendly and polite during interactions. She replied promptly to queries and follow up. However, some interactions with other representitives in the sale process were slow/reluctant. Once the sale was confirmed, it seemed a bother that we took some extra time with our final inspection. Some of the information that she provided during the first viewing turned out to be incorrect.
