Selling our house was complex as we put it up for sale in an uncertain market. It was necessary to have a purchaser who could proceed without the need to sell their property first. Cindy has been wonderful to deal with over the course of a very sluggish market with 14 months on the market. She has consistently offered open homes every Saturday and generated foot traffic.
