We were experiencing some very difficult personal issues at the time which had made trying to list and sell our home an almost overwhelming task to us. We had already spoken to another real estate agent about listing our property, but all we got from them were text messages asking us if we were ready to sign a contract yet !! At the same time, Cindy actually cold called our home to see if we were interested in selling our house. During that conversation with my wife, Cindy could sense that we wanted to sell but something was stopping us from moving forward. I was away at work at that time, so Cindy arranged to meet with us both on the following Saturday. During that meeting, Cindy very gently asked us a number of probing questions that eventually exposed the real reasons why we couldn't move forward to list the home. Cindy then went away and returned with a complete plan that covered every one of our financial issues and then put forward a sales plan that was more than competitive when compared with the one we had been presented with by the other agency. Cindy and her trusty assistant Zach then dressed up our home and had it looking fantastic for potential buyers to view. Cindy kept us informed of everything that was happening with our sale, if we didn't hear from Cindy, we were brought up to speed by young Zach, her extremely capable offsider. The whole experience was just first class, we sold the home in under 3 weeks and we got exactly what we wanted for the property.
