Well, service was very good by Cindy. But when we sold our place for $399,000. Cindy charged us on the previous price of $422,000. It was my fault in away for not reading the realestates conditions of sale sheet properly. I think it is a Gray area and a rip-off. Also, we were told we couldn't move our furniture and belongings in until the day of settlement. We had a contract on another house pending the sale of our house. They both settled on the same day. The owner of the house we bought said it was OK to move our things in. Cindy vetoed that process and convinced the owner not to allow it. Cindy was very professional in the sales and very friendly in her attitude towards clients. For that I thank her , but the above mentioned problems changed my mind. To charge clients at an earlier value and not the sale price is not honest but I should have read their conditions of sale.
