Cindy was clear up front with what the market expectations was for our property, which despite my own extensive research and knowledge, her local knowledge provided input on what to expect and how the market was reacting, along with the Data Cindy would share about how the listing was preforming at different times during our listing period, was invaluable. Cindy would provide regular updates, navigating having to speak with both my wife and I, as the one who was less busy on any given day would be the likely person to reply to Cindy's emails or phone calls that we missed. Often, I would call Cindy back, and have no difficulty in getting in contact, and without hesitation Cindy would relay any messages or updates she may have already left in my message bank or an email. Cindy kindly offering the time to discuss my thoughts on what, why and how similar houses in the same suburb that were for sale would affect our sale was extremely personally pleasing, as my insight were following discussion I had already with my wife, in which Cindy was able to clarify and clearly set the true expectation of the outcome to what I was thinking, both agreeing and correcting as needed. We were offered the opportunity to read the listing, before it went live, and able to provide feedback with information that Cindy could use in the listing, such as recent maintenance works that was worth being in the listing. Cindy was able to promptly organise and have rectify any works to be completed ASAP so the contract could go unconditional without any issue. I would not hesitate to utilize Cindy Pavey in any future real estate dealings in the future and expect anyone else to whom has to deal with Cindy for a sale or purchase of a property to experience similar outstanding service.
