We were very impressed by Cindy's communication skills. The property had tenant in it and was managed by another agent. Cindy communicated directly with the tenant and organised everything for us -cleaning, photography, open home etc. We don't need to do or worry about anything! She is very reliable and experienced. Our property was just sold successfully during the lockdown!
All paperwork was prepared fast, and she helped my solicitor with all the required documents also managed to get the sellers signature the same day.
She is not very punctual, Error-prone, and she should improve the quality of professional services and respect customers.
Cindy is a great agent ,responsible and can rely on for help.
You can tell Cindy loves her job. She displays great professionalism and is knowledgeable with the area and the unit we bought. She has great interpersonal skills and patiently listens to our concerns and is willing to address them with the owner to achieve a win-win situation. It's a very rare to see people who displays such enthusiasm and professionalism.
Cindy’s expertise was great and it was a pleasure working her. She was a great agent to work with and I hope to work with her again.
