Also they provide plenty of notice of upcoming inspections, something we found very helpful in ensuring the house presented well. They are a top selling team, very friendly and highly recommended.
When we chose Warren to sell our home we found him to be straightforward and no nonsense in his appraisal of our home and whilst we were always after top price the ultimate outcome achieved was in the range that we expected. Throughout the process Warren was professional and respectful of our needs. He always did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. When final negotiations were under way he counselled us to take a deal that would "stick" rather than one that was likely to fall over due to "subject to conditions". We first met Warren when we were looking around at houses in the Hope Island area. He seemed genuine and friendly. A year or so later we were trying to sell some land. It had been with another agent for about six months without results. Family circumstances made it imperative that we sell the land, so we contacted Warren. He gave us a very knowledgeable assessment of the land and the market situation and seemed confident he could get us the price we wanted. We agreed to sign up with him and to our amazement, the land was sold on the very first day! After six months of trying, we almost couldn't believe it.
