Leanne took on our property after it had already been on the market for 3 months and we had very little interest - we were being told by our agent at the time to drop the price by about $40,000 or otherwise it would not sell. Luckily enough, we were able to engage Leanne - one week and one open home later, we had a 30 day Contract in place, that went through without a hitch. Leanne was incredibly professional and provided us with the advice and assistance we really needed to sell the property for a price we were happy with. We cannot recommend Leanne enough to sellers out there!
