Leanne was very communicative throughout the whole process. She generally helped us a long as first home buyers. We were only disappointed when we realised we'd signed up for a two bedroom house which was listed at three bedrooms (open inspection was very busy). We didn't communicate this with Leanne because after long deliberation we didn't want to back out of the contract or try to re-negotiate with the seller and turn our first experience into an ugly situation. But we do feel this is something Leanne and RE / MAX need to consider in listing properties in the future.
